Englmayer values their apprentices as the human capital of the future. Our apprentices have the best possible in-house training in order to become active members of staff who contribute to the success of the company.
Every year applicants undergo a two-step application procedure and the best people for the company and the job will be selected. In the three years of training our apprentices undergo a rotation programme and work in every department of the company and so get to know the company in detail. All our apprentices can do a fourth year and become logistics agents.
After finishing the apprenticeship our apprentices can say in which field they would like to work. The new employees are usually integrated smoothly and find employment in their chosen specialist field
