Various goods of everyday use – like cosmetics, hair spray or colours and paint – are hazardous goods, but still indispensable for many purposes. To make sure these goods are available for industry and other consumers they must be transported and stored. Dealing with these sensitive goods needs expert knowledge, careful handling and a high level of security.
Englmayer has an officially approved harardous goods warehouse with about 1,200 spaces for pallets. This warehouse comprises three single units, with fire detectors and an alarm system for gas. The warehouses have specially sealed up collecting tanks and over-sized tanks for contaminated water in case of a fire.
Storage of goods of classes 2, 3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 8 and 9;
excluded are goods of classes 1, 6.2 and 7.

There are special rules and regulations for storing pressure gas packs (aerosols, spray cans). The ventilation of these warehouses must be controlled automatically, all installations and plants must follow the regulations for explosion protection zone 1, gates and doors must close automatically, etc. Englmayer can store about 200 pallets with pressure gas packs.
